Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced bilingual Project Control Officer (PCO) Analyst to join their project on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, portfolio management, or IT project coordination preferably within a PCO or PMO setting along withproven expertise in budget oversight and project financial control.

This is a hybrid role that requires working in office 2 to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities: Support an internal Project Manager (PM).

Produce and maintain dashboards, performance indicators and reports for management.

Analyze organizational capacity, workloads and priorities to support decision-making.

Ensure the follow-up of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks,



issues and dependencies.

Consolidate information from the various projects and produce an integrated view of their progress.

Identify variances in budget, schedule or capacity and make recommendations.

Maintain registers of risks, issues, decisions and actions.

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev

Ops, Microsoft Project or equivalent).

Experience in an SAP S/4HANA workplace is an asset.

Bachelor''s degree in administration, information technology, information systems, finance or related field.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
