Emphasizing cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Designers, you'll help improve performance and quality while nurturing a supportive culture. Your contributions will drive the success of our product organization and escalate the development of a robust engineering culture.

Requirements: • Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams • Background in building high-performance production services • Expertise in incident response and on-call management • Proficiency in evaluating complex technical designs • Experience developing in Go is a plus
