Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interpretation services for patients and families
• Support healthcare staff in understanding Indigenous perspectives
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information




• Educate on local Indigenous culture and health practices
• Assist in the Shared Health Language Access Program
Requirements:
• Experience with Indigenous patient care preferred
• Fluency in Cree, Ojibwe, or Oji-Cree required
• Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• High school diploma or comparable experience
• Understanding of medical terminology is beneficial
