Craft Beverage Supervisor, You Will
Supervise and co-ordinate Beer Store staff
Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
Maintain a high level of customer service




Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Provide recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
Respond to customer questions
Conduct sales transactions
Other duties as required

What You Bring
Responsible beverage certificate is required
Previous bartending/serving experience
Experience working in a supervisory role is an asset
Customer service experience
