Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health invites passionate individuals to work with Indigenous youth involved with the child welfare system. You'll provide outreach support, coordinate activities, and help youth identify goals. Build solid networks with community partners to enhance resources available to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate case management and systems navigation for youth
• Develop culturally appropriate activities and events
• Build relationships with external partners and organizations
• Conduct evaluations to assess program success
• Advocate for policy change and social justice
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Service Work or related field
• Minimum three years working with Indigenous youth
• Comprehensive understanding of health determinants affecting youth
• Solid organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings
