Stonehenge is looking for three passionate facilitators to uphold its Therapeutic Community model. This role requires facilitating multiple psycho-educational groups, ensuring the clinical needs of residents are met. Ideal candidates will have a background in mental health or addiction services, along with relevant experience and education. You'll actively contribute to resident mentoring and logistical operations within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead therapeutic and psycho-educational groups
• Provide immediate support and motivation to residents




• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in inventory oversight and supply management
• Assist with community living and documentation accuracy
Requirements:
• Completed diploma or degree in related fields
• Minimum of one year relevant work experience
• G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Background in justice-related work is beneficial
