Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Success

Factors Employee Central (EC) Techno-Functional Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives.

This role requires a solid blend of functional expertise and technical understanding within the Success

Factors ecosystem, particularly Employee Central and its related modules.

Required Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Success

Factors Employee Central Solid techno-functional expertise in EC (configuration + basic technical understanding) At least one or more current SAP Success

Factors certifications in: Employee Central Core (preferred) Recruiting Performance Management Succession Management Experience working in end-to-end implementations or support projects Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures Preferred Skills Experience with multiple Success





Factors modules Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs, middleware) Familiarity with reporting tools within Success

Factors Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and implement solutions within SAP Success

Factors Employee Central (EC) Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations Provide techno-functional support for EC and integrated modules Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, and data models within Employee Central Support integrations between EC and other SAP/non-SAP systems Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities Ensure adherence to best practices and system governance standards
