Location: Remote

Pay Range: $90 - $105

What's the Job?
Lead business process design and solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and Operations (PEO).
Facilitate SAP PEO solution design workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs.
Configure, test, and deploy SAP PEO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as PLM, PP, QM, EWM, and MES/Digital Manufacturing.
Analyze complex manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution and engineering change management,



to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration and successful implementation of engineering-to-manufacturing transformation programs.

What's Needed?
Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PEO, PLM, and Production Planning (PP).
Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and shop floor execution.
Proven ability to lead solution design workshops and gather detailed requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
