Job Summary
Linkletter Farms is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Farm Operator. Responsibilities include operating various farm machinery. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations are essential for this role. Willingness to learn is essential. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Follow standard operating procedures when performing on-the-farm activities as directed by your supervisor.
Adhere to health and safety standards to minimize workplace risks and follow food safety protocols.
Keep the farm and its properties tidy.
Operate farm equipment such as the windrower and tillers, ensuring they are clean and in positive working condition. Conduct daily checks before and after use.
Qualifications
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license and class.
Minimum of 2 years driving experienc e.
Willingness to learn.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Benefits and Compensation
Hours of work are dependent on production. Flexibility to work on days, evenings and Saturdays would be required.
