Insight Global is supporting a leading aerospace organization in their search for an experienced SAP Financial Solutions Manager . This is a key leadership role within the IT organization, responsible for driving the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance (FICO) solutions across a complex global environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep SAP expertise with strong leadership capabilities to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, guide a high‑performing team, and ensure seamless integration across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and broader enterprise processes.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, delivery, and enhancement of SAP Finance (FICO) solutions
Oversee end‑to‑end finance processes, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams
Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing SAP Finance team
Serve as the subject‑matter expert for SAP FI, CO, and PS across multiple full lifecycle implementations
Drive system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements in a complex, global SAP landscape
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support scalable, efficient processes
Ensure systems meet audit, compliance, and governance standards
Act as the bridge between business requirements and digital technology solutions
Required Skills & Experience




Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years’ relevant experience , OR a graduate degree with 5+ years of similar experience
3+ years in a leadership/management role , including team development and performance management
Extensive hands‑on SAP experience , particularly in SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, Assets)
Strong understanding of SAP integration across MM, SD, PP, HR, CO, and PS
Proven success in configuring and implementing SAP FI, CO, and PS
Experience as an SME across multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
Compensation:
$130K - $160K per year + full perks packages
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.; Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
