Primary Responsibilities
Lead a team of development professionals in modernizing applications.
Design and implement migration of applications to Azure PaaS (AKS, ACI).
Conduct performance assessment before and after migration.
Containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes.
Understand application architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
Collaborate with Enterprise, Data, DevOps, and Integration teams.
Required Qualifications
13+ years of experience in development and application modernization.
Experience leading teams of 5+ members.
Strong experience with Azure PaaS hosting and application migration.
Proficiency in AKS, ACI, and containerization.
Experience with performance assessment.
Secondary Skills
Working with stakeholders and project managers for migration planning.
