Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct precise measurements and collect data for engineering, construction, and mapping projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys and boundary determinations using modern survey instruments and GPS technology
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
Interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of land features
Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to provide input during project planning and execution
Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, and other records to obtain relevant data
Record survey results and present findings to clients, legal teams, or government agencies as required
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
Proficiency with survey equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, robotic instruments) and CAD software




Solid understanding of measurement techniques, mapping, and geodetic principles
Solid analytical, mathematical, and technical skills
Valid Land Surveyor license or certification (as per local/regional requirements)
