We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who wants to build meaningful products from the ground up and help shape a platform that directly impacts patient care.

Role Description:

This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who has built real products and wants ownership. You’ll work across web and mobile applications, collaborate directly with operations and leadership, and help take features from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web and mobile features on the DeliveryEase platforms

Own features from discovery, development, launch, and iteration

Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate real‑world insights and requirements into new features

Build and integrate AI‑powered and automation tools to streamline operations, improve decision‑making, and enhance user experiences

Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using internal tools, APIs, and AI‑driven systems

Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and applications

Ensure performance, security, and scalability across platforms

Debug, test, and optimize for reliability and user experience

Contribute to technical decisions and product direction

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience designing, building, launching, and maintaining production software systems

Strong full‑stack development experience across both web and mobile platforms





Solid understanding of contemporary front‑end and back‑end architectures

Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs for system‑to‑system integration with internal and third‑party platforms

Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with evolving priorities

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take projects from idea to execution

Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving priorities

Bonus Points

Experience in healthcare, logistics, or marketplaces

Experience working in startups
