Role : Change Manager

Duration: Contract – 12 Months

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in change management to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and user adoption while ensuring successful delivery and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management activities for business transformation projects.
Develop and execute change, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate project milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
Track adoption, engagement, and project success metrics to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of overall qualified experience.
2–3+ years of project management and/or change management experience.
Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Consulting or transformation program experience is an asset.
