As a pivotal member of our manufacturing team, you'll utilize your 2–4 years of experience specifically in operating CI and stack press machines. Ensure yield quality by executing 6–10 color print jobs accurately while maintaining effective safety practices and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and efficiently operate stack press flexographic machines
• Monitor and inspect print quality throughout production
• Perform maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Keep production logs and manage inventory levels
• Assist in training and mentoring recent operators
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; technical training is a plus
• 2–4 years' experience in operating flexographic presses
• Understanding of solvent-based inks and polyethylene film
• Robust organizational and troubleshooting capabilities
• Capacity to work both independently and on a team
