About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Outbound Customer Retention Specialist to support client retention and contract renewal activities on behalf of our client on a temporary basis. This role will focus on engaging existing customers, addressing needs, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound customer outreach to support retention and renewal efforts.
Manage client relationships and address customer questions or concerns.
Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.
Conduct account check-ins and identify prospects to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer success.
Prepare account updates and renewal status reports as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, client services, sales support,



or renewals.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred:
Experience with contract renewals, customer retention, or account management.
Experience in a B2B, SaaS, technology, or financial services setting.
