Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.

Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.

Experience with at least one complex data migration or ETL effort.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud.

Experience participating in each phase of Salesforce.com delivery, including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, architecture, build, deployment, and support.

Robust experience with Salesforce.com implementations, customizations, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.

Experience managing development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and related technologies.

Experience defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.

Experience with release management, CI/CD, change control, change management, and identifying technical risks and issues.
