What You’ll Do
Recruit, lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors and technicians.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
Oversee shop scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency.
Drive department performance, profitability, and customer retention.
Coach, mentor, and develop your team.
Build solid customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
Work directly with ownership to help grow the business.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Manager experience.
Robust leadership and organizational skills.




Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A proven track record of meeting performance goals.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for the automotive industry.
Experience with shop management software is an asset.
