Job Title: Expeditor II

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months contract (Possible extensions)

Key Responsibilities:
Expedite and track equipment/materials to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate vendor documentation, including drawings, RFIs, ITPs, WPS, and final data requirements.
Monitor fabrication schedules, inspections, and delivery progress to identify and mitigate delays.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Organize and lead vendor meetings, maintain records, and prepare progress reports.
Support logistics, invoice verification, shipment issue resolution, and PO/contract closeout activities.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in expediting, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
Knowledge of vendor documentation, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
