We are seeking a dedicated and eager FCM Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior analyst on a large rapid food brand, which operates globally. This role is 5 day/week on site in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
Draft and edit contract agreements with franchises, including terms and conditions, using provided templates.
Input signed agreements into the master data system (SDM).
Communicate confidently and effectively with franchisees and the leadership team.
Lead meetings with onshore and offshore stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Fresh graduate with a long-term commitment
Robust understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking directly with franchisees and leadership
Team player and robust communication and asking questions

Experience with python and automations
