We’re looking for an experienced Claims Manager to lead a high-performing team in their Toronto office. Responsibilities
Manage the team of claims examiners and support staff, ensuring smooth claims procedures
Conduct employee reviews to manage team performance
Address performance issues within the team
Support onboarding of current employees and delegate tasks
Promote business development with brokers and foster interactions within the claims team
Strengthen international relationships with regional offices and departments such as Underwriting and Actuarial teams

Qualifications
7+ years of multi-line claims experience
3+ years of management/leadership experience




Understanding of specialty product lines such as E&O;, D&O;, and Cyber
