Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and seat tables efficiently to optimize flow.
Coordinate wait times, phone inquiries, and takeout orders with poise.
Maintain entrance area cleanliness and assist servers during peak times.
Handle guest concerns promptly and communicate with management as needed.
Follow health/safety protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications
1+ years in hosting/reception or customer-facing restaurant role.
