Become a key player in pet health claims as a Claims Specialist. Adjudicate claims while providing expert support and guidance to achieve profitability targets.
In this position, you will assess the eligibility of claims using policy terms and oversee the request of medical records necessary for claim review. You will also support product and claims adjudication decisions for insurance representatives and collaborate with veterinary partners for claim submissions. Effective communication with customers to enhance their experience will be a focal point of your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate claims in line with policy conditions
• Review medical records connected to claims processing




• Support decisions on Pre-Authorization and claims outcomes
• Guide insurance representatives in adjudication issues
• Conduct post-claims surveys to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• AHT designation or equivalent relevant experience
• Direct experience in veterinary clinics is necessary
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
