Responsibilities
Greet customers in a qualified, courteous and attentive manner
Answer the phone
Book appointments for patients
Open and update patient files
Direct the patient to the right professional based on their needs
Perform pretest exams
Take care of invoicing and collections
End of the day closing




Place certain product orders via the computer system
Follow up with customers
