Join ZRG Embedded Recruiting as a Contract Technical Recruiter supporting an innovative client headquartered in the Quebec region. This is a fully remote contract prospect where you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify and attract top engineering and technical talent.
Our client designs sustainable, large-scale HVAC and liquid cooling systems for critical environments. Their products—including custom air handling units (AHUs) and industrial chillers—are built for heavy-demand facilities like hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, clean rooms, and semiconductor plants
What You'll Do
Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Utilize market intelligence and talent mapping to advise stakeholders on competitive hiring trends.
Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring activity while maintaining accurate data in the ATS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in an agency, RPO, or corporate setting.
Experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals, including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Software, Firmware, Systems, or Product Engineering roles.
Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methodologies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a quick-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates.
Recruiting across Canada, particularly within Quebec.
Experience supporting bilingual (English/French) hiring
