Key Responsibilities:
• Set and enforce safety procedures for mine operations
• Control activities related to drilling and blasting
• Meet delivery targets for dewatering processes




• Conduct mine inspections to address issues proactively
• Assist in employee recruitment and performance reviews
Requirements:
• Valid BC Mine Supervisor Certificate required
• Valid BC Shiftboss Certificate required
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in mining
• Previous equipment operation experience preferred
• Ability to interpret mine plans effectively
