As a full time Director of Finance, you will serve as the operational leader for multiple affiliates within BayCare’s foundational network. You will work closely with system finance and executive stakeholders while managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance to fulfill the mission of healthcare philanthropy. Your expertise will contribute to building a centralized finance function that addresses both system-level and local needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
