OverviewRegional Sales Director (RSD) role; the Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the MGA channel.ResponsibilitiesManage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new businessLead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clientsPromote products through presentations, seminars and other approachesProvide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all timesAble to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing servicesBuild and execute a sales plan to deliver expected resultsIdentify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close salesDevelop and provide regular sales and product training seminarsBe the primary contact for escalated support for distributorsOther duties as requiredQualificationsThorough understanding of life insurance business and productsSkillful communicator and superior presentation skillsLLQP certificationHigh level of integrityEffective interpersonal skillsLI-RemoteSalary range:$80,000-$100,000The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors,



including job-related skills, experience, and education.
