Our perfect candidate will possess a diploma in architectural or engineering technology and over five years of specification writing experience. Understanding contract administration, building processes, and working in a structured ISO workplace will be advantageous. Join us in creating innovative solutions that fulfill client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage comprehensive tender documents
• Synchronize information across specifications and drawings
• Analyze specifications for direction to project leads




• Participate in team-oriented meetings to refine project approach
• Assess timelines and workflow to meet project benchmarks
Requirements:
• Diploma in architectural or engineering disciplines
• Five years’ experience in specification writing
• CSP or RSW accreditation preferred
• LEED knowledge is a plus
• Robust interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
