Job Title: Junior Associate Lawyer

A well-established litigation law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Lawyer with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join its growing team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of personal injury and insurance defence matters, including motor vehicle accidents, accident advantages, long-term disability claims, premises liability, and related civil litigation files.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, correspondence, legal briefs, memoranda, and other court documents.
Attend client meetings, mediations, examinations for discovery, and other litigation proceedings.
Manage files from intake through resolution,



including settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Member in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and/or insurance defense.
Excellent legal drafting, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
