Duz Cho, a proud Indigenous-owned company, is hiring up to 24 labourers for outdoor reclamation projects. Successful candidates will actively promote a secure workplace and respect for Indigenous cultures and protocols. Knowledge of local communities and commitment to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s principles is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute physically intensive labour tasks in various weather conditions
• Uphold Duz Cho’s code of conduct and safety culture
• Report to designated meeting points in Chetwynd or Prince George
• Provide own outdoor gear, including steel-toed footwear and PPE
• Show respect and integrity towards fellow workers
Requirements:
• Ability to pass physical and drug screenings
• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultural histories
• Demonstrated experience in outdoor labor environments
• Commitment to working 14 days on and 7 days off
• Preference for local applicants from surrounding areas
