As a Therapy Assistant at Carewest, you will be a key member of the therapy team, working under the direction of physical and occupational therapists. Your focus will be on delivering effective interventions within the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program to help clients transition back to their community. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist therapists in delivering comprehensive care
• Support clients toward their rehabilitation goals
• Document and track client progress accurately
• Participate in cooperative team meetings
• Fulfill other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Completion of an Accredited Therapy Assistant program
• Previous therapeutic experience is essential
• Familiarity with computer systems preferred
• Focused on client-centered care practices
• Availability for daytime shifts
