As a leader in wellness, you will report to the Community Director, driving the development, implementation, and oversight of care programs. You’ll maintain compliance with clinical standards, legislative requirements, and organizational policies, while cultivating a supportive workplace for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality nursing care compliance
• Oversee care planning and medication programs
• Implement falls prevention and educational initiatives
• Coordinate care conferences and family communications
• Recruit and manage the Wellness Team effectively
Requirements:
• RN or RPN with current registration
• Minimum of 5 years in a management role
• Background in senior wellness program management
• Robust clinical assessment and communication skills
• CPR certification and versatile availability
