As a full-time Benefits Analyst, you will work closely with the Consulting team, managing client accounts and supporting financial reporting and trend analysis. Your expertise in the Canadian advantages sector will facilitate effective design and pricing strategies, ensuring high client satisfaction through positive interactions and strong relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing client accounts with financial analyses
• Deliver reports and conduct plan design pricing strategies
• Advocate client needs both internally and with vendors
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers within clients
• Propose growth strategies to enhance client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in group benefits experience
• Strong understanding of Canadian benefits procedures
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Team-oriented with exceptional communication abilities
• Bilingual (French & English) capability is an asset
