Reporting to the Process Engineer, the Process Engineer Co-Op will lead initiatives focused on optimizing productivity, cost, and quality across various operations. This hands-on experience requires candidates with a background in continuous improvement methodologies to assess and enhance processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing processes for relevance and efficiency
• Design and commission recent production units
• Monitor raw material availability and environmental safety
• Collaborate for plant output and safety improvements
• Conduct audits and streamline operational procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering
• Knowledge of TQM and TPM methodologies
• Robust project planning and execution skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD and PLC systems
• Ability to monitor processes and generate reports
