Northern Health is hiring a registered Occupational Therapist for its Primary Care department. In this position, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care through clinical assessments and effective care planning. Your role encompasses working in various environments to ensure the highest quality of care aligned with the community's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams on patient care plans
• Carry out clinical assessments to identify patient goals
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment interventions




• Provide ethical and compassionate care across diverse settings
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans accordingly
Requirements:
• Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia
• Solid clinical assessment and planning abilities
• Proficient in teamwork and communication
• Experience in community health settings preferred
• Available for full time hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
