COMPENSATION $19–$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle




High school diploma or equivalent
Some hands‑on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you)
Full time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season
Solid communication skills
Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule
Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day
Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner
Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem‑solving on site
Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites
Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses
