Responsibilities

Residential cleaning duties include:
Deliver a “wow” experience during each visit.
Follow the Crispy Cleans checklist to avoid stress and complaints.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces – solo or with a partner.
Take before-and-after photos to protect yourself and demonstrate quality.
Represent Crispy Cleans professionally with friendly, respectful, and reliable conduct.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:
Have prior cleaning experience, either professional or personal.
Show reliability: arrive on time, communicate promptly, and fulfill commitments.
Are thorough and do not cut corners.
Have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and internet access.




Are legally able to work in Canada and willing to pass a background check.
Preferably reside in Edmonton, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, or nearby areas.

Perks
Earn $25–$35 per hour based on performance and experience.
Full training provided on the first day.
Adaptable contract: choose days and availability.
Clients usually supply cleaning products.
Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of each month.
Consistent bookings managed through our app for schedule transparency.
Supportive and communicative team.
