As an Auto Claims Representative, you will report to the Team Leader while managing first-party automobile claims. Your expertise in handling these cases, along with a friendly demeanor, will ensure a seamless customer experience. You will guide clients through the First Notice of Loss process and confirm coverage under their policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle first-party automobile claims
• Guide customers through FNOL and next steps
• Provide quick and courteous claims service




• Maintain detailed records in appropriate systems
• Process claims payments and initiate salvage procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Experience with automobile claims and policies
• Customer service and call center experience preferred
• Robust keyboarding and communication skills
• Ability to function well under pressure
