About the Role

Costco Wholesale Canada is looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario.

As a Sales Associate, you will play an key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our members by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining organized merchandise areas, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to Costco members
Assist customers with product questions and provide helpful recommendations
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise areas
Support product displays, inventory organization, and store operations
Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise when needed
Process customer requests and help resolve issues professionally
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent member experience
Follow company safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help customers
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to learn product information and company procedures quickly
Must be able to perform physical tasks related to retail operations
