The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable systems, strengthening organizational structures, and fostering high-performing teams and cultures.
This role demands a cooperative and forward-thinking executive with a proven track record in operational leadership, particularly within a complex, mission-driven setting. The COO will be the primary strategic leader of operations, overseeing organizational design, operational excellence, financial management, enterprise risk management, and strategic initiatives.





They must be adept at balancing strategic vision with day-to-day operational execution and be committed to the values of the organization, including an entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and an athlete-first culture.

Applicants for the COO position at the company should ideally have significant leadership experience in a socially-oriented organization, with a focus on operational transformation, financial management, and change management. A university degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is considered an asset.
Experience in the sport, non-profit, or membership-based sectors is beneficial, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be an authentic and approachable leader, capable of inspiring trust and demonstrating emotional intelligence in a complex environment.
