Key Responsibilities:
• Manage merchant pick-ups and drop-offs effectively
• Source recent mid-mile partnerships and optimize existing routes
• Maintain robust relationships with carriers to ensure timely deliveries




• Report on carrier performance and initiate improvements
• Support and mentor the routing team for enhanced productivity
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Transportation, ideally 5+ years
• Familiarity with loading techniques and space utilization
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong attention to detail with effective communication
