Innisfil is looking for a leader in its Operations Department to oversee the Parks & Community Spaces team. This position is essential for ensuring operational readiness, managing team dynamics, and enhancing the quality of community spaces. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising staff while upholding comprehensive health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise and mentor Parks & Community Spaces staff
• Coordinate daily operational tasks and resource allocations
• Manage staff training and performance assessments




• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 5+ years of municipal operations experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Valid Ontario license; DZ license preferred
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS preferred
