Seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join the growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience deploying ServiceNow and a strong understanding of modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and the broader ServiceNow Platform Suite.

Description

- Lead pre-sales engagements, showcasing tailored ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design scalable, client-focused architectures.
- Build strong client relationships and guide them toward successful implementations.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow deployments and platform architecture.

Profile

- 5 years within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a strong track record in partner management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic goals, operational processes, and organizational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.




- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively.
