The City of Guelph is seeking a Compensation Specialist to lead compensation analysis, market research, and the development and maintenance of compensation programs. This role reports to the Manager, Total Compensation and HR Systems and advises on pay decisions, equity and organizational design.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in compensation, job evaluation and pay equity, with solid analytical and communication skills.
