Role Description This full-time remote Business Analyst role is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements to support programs that enhance career pathways. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, translate them into transparent functional specifications, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The role involves assessing current workflows, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting testing and validation of new processes or systems. The Business Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, communicate insights to stakeholders,



and ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution. The position requires regular collaboration with internal and external partners through virtual meetings, presentations, and written documentation.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Business analysis and business requirements gathering skills to document needs, define use cases, and translate concepts into actionable plans.
Experience with business process mapping and improvement to evaluate workflows and recommend productive solutions.
Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders and write concise documentation.
Familiarity with standard business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process diagrams, requirements traceability, user stories).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience in workforce development, education, or nonprofit sectors is beneficial but not required.
