We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is excited by the chance to build, improve, and lead HR initiatives in a growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team, you'll be the primary HR resource, partnering with leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

You'll lead all core HR functions, including:
Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Employee performance management and development
Employee relations and manager coaching
Benefits administration
HR policy development and employment law compliance
Health & Safety support
Continuous improvement of HR programs and processes

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:
A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
4+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience as an HR Generalist with responsibility across multiple HR disciplines
Solid recruitment and talent acquisition experience
Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation,



including the ESA and OHSA
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders across the business

Assets include:
CHRP designation (or working toward one)
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
Experience with Rippling or another HRIS
