We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Production Support team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain production areas, lunchrooms, washrooms, offices, and common areas.
Manage the employee uniform program.
Clean, empty, and secure lockers assigned to former employees.
Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility.
Keep the building perimeter, entrances, and walkways clean by sweeping and removing garbage and debris.
Operate a snowblower and clear paths of snow.

What You Bring:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
Janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
Have forklift experience or be willing to train.
Ability to operate a walk-behind floor sweeper & scrubber.
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
