Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll & HRIS Manager to support payroll operations across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. This role combines payroll processing, compliance, financial reporting, and HRIS support, while playing a key role in payroll systems, integrations, and process improvements.

This role has 1 analyst reporting to it and requires being in the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities Process and review multi‑country payroll (Canada, U.S., and U.K.).
Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany billings, and year‑end tax reporting.
Support payroll audits, compliance, budgeting, and advantages analysis.
Maintain and enhance Workday Time Tracking, payroll integrations, and Concur Expense.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve payroll processes and reporting.
Support payroll system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications PCP or PLP designation required.




5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational workplace.
Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation; U.S. and U.K. payroll experience is an asset.
Experience with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, SAP, and advanced Excel.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
