Control the layout of equipment and the flow of materials. Ensure that workers and equipment meet performance and safety standards. Monitor the process for hiccups and identify opportunities to improve operations. Supervise employees and assign tasks. Communicate with other departments to support budgets, hiring, and on-time product delivery.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering preferred
Prior experience in management or manufacturing preferred
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Robust interpersonal and team-building abilities
Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
Manufacturing technical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other industry software

Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
Shift: Day and Night shifts
Experience: 4 to 5 years recommended

Salary: $42.05 - $80.22 per hour
